I don’t really have control over it, I just take into account that about 40% of my net income is going to funding war and genocide. I wish there was a way to at least select what you were funding

Oh for sure, but in the few cases I’ve gone into a routine govt office here it’s usually just a few guys at the front by reception.
In the US, they X-ray everything and question me about my (fairly mundane) fidget spinner like I’m carrying around a WMD on my keychain. I have to empty my purse and take out anything that a schizophrenic might consider suspicious.
I’m a queer person raised in the US but now living in a saner country. I’m slowly realizing how much living in the US has traumatized me.

Even D&D derivatives use a system like that, like Flee Mortals’s Level 0 adventures. You start with no proficiencies, and whenever you succeed on a check or save you can gain proficiency in it (within reasonable limit)
Canva is a commonly used free option
I love fantasy worldbuilding and write a lot. I use it as a grammar checker and sometimes use it to help gather my thoughts, but never as the final product.
Toronto is amazing. It’s a lot like NYC but clean, better run, and less densely populated. My friend describes it as NYC run by the Swiss, and I’ve loved all the time I’ve spent there
The weather can be hit or miss, but it didn’t bother me, even with the endless snow. I’m moving there soon and I’m super excited for it.
Spent 5 weeks in CA in winter, about to cross for hopefully the last time. We crossed via NY. Surprisingly no issues (and I’m trans). The guy in the F150 ahead of us got held up and sent to secondary though.
However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you can avoid it. It’s only getting riskier to cross into the US by the day and they will quickly brand you a terrorist and detain you if they’re having a bad day.
To me, evil is the absence of empathy. Or more broadly, the absence of a filter that would prevent someone from harming equals and the disadvantaged.
I have a ticket out of the US
Pretty often, I’d say about once a month on average but sometimes I’ll have 3 or so right in a row. Never at a big stadium, those shows aren’t worth it. I buy merch on occasion if it’s a band I really like and want to support.
The only pump and dump Musk knows is the stock market
I assume you’re referring to the shorter version, NatC
Sonic Adventure 2 has a pretty decent adventure platformer built into it
I’ve been using TP-link Kasa cams for a bit, I have four of them now. If you’re hyper conscious about security it’s probably best not to look at their EUC though, but otherwise I quite like them.
The other downside is that the newer models require a subscription, the older models don’t. I have the KC110 and KC120.
We could easily use AI nowadays to identify trash in glass bottles at record speeds. Hell, there are models out there identifying cancer in cells right now.

Futurama - Meanwhile

The end of the episode loops seamlessly into the pilot. When I first watched it live they played both episodes back to back without an ad break. It took me a few minutes to realize what they had done and I started crying.
It’s a perfect loop, a perfect end to Fry and Leela’s relationship, and bittersweet in its existential implications
The “new” episodes they released afterwards don’t count. I acknowledge that they exist but I do not grant them the title of canon.
